MOS ARMY JOB TITLE Minimum ASVAB Line Scores
14R Bradley Linebacker Crewmember CF:100
  Enlisted/Officer/Active Duty/Army Reserve Closed to women

A Bradley Linebacker Crewmember is part of the Army's air defense artillery team. The BRADLEY linebacker crewmember supervises and operates the Line of Sight-Forward-Heavy vehicle and associated equipment.


Requirements:

  • A minimum score of 100 in aptitude area CF

  • A physical demands rating of medium (be able to lift on an occasional basis a maximum of 50 pounds with frequent or constant lifting of 25 pounds)

  • Near and far visual acuity correctable to 20/20 with normal depth perception

  • A security clearance of SECRET

  • Normal color vision

  • Formal training (completion of MOS 14R course conducted under the auspices of the U.S. Army ADA School) mandatory

Duties:

  • Drive and operate the Bradley Linebacker

  • Operate two-way radios to communicate battle orders

  • Operate target sighting equipment

  • Operate turrets and fires guns

  • Maintain and repair the vehicle

  • Read maps, compasses and battle plans


Training:

  • Nine weeks of basic training

  • Seven weeks, two days training at Fort Bliss, Texas (Part of this time is spent in a classroom and part in the field under simulated combat conditions)
