your insertion order number in the text of the message and

Banner Design Services: If you
do not already have a banner advertisement, Activv will create
a banner ad for you at a billable rate of $100 per hour. Send
an electronic version (*.tiff. *.gif *.jpg) of your logo as
an e-mail attachment along with any company "tagline" to advertise@822media.net.
A banner will be created with your logo and tagline. Design
and production time will be estimated in advance.
