Most tax statements are posted to your myPay account. Simply log in and print. Some tax statements, such as replacements and corrections, may not be available on myPay . Replacements and corrections must be requested at your local finance and accounting office, finance and disbursing office, customer service representative or via telephone. These tax statements may apply to military and civilian permanent change of station (PCS) and Do-It-Yourself (DITY) moves. The following information will help you get the tax statement you need, answer questions, and make sure you have all the information you need to file your 2006 tax return.

2006 Tax Availibility Dates

On April 29, 2005, the Under Secretary of Defense Comptroller and the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness signed the new Policy for Electronic Wage and Tax Statement and Leave and Earning Statements. Click here to read the memo.

Effective July 1, 2005, all military members and Department of Defense (DoD) non bargaining unit civilian employee with a customized Personal Identification Number (PIN) , who access myPay are consenting to receive only an electronic W-2 and Leave and Earning Statement (LES). 1099 Information - Effective September 1, 2004, all current myPay military retired users who request or already have a myPay Personal Identification Number (PIN) and access myPay are consenting to receive only an electronic 1099R. The may, however, elect to receive a hardcopy 1099R. Click here to read more information.

  • Retire 1099R: available online Dec 15 2006.
  • Annuitant 1099R: available online Dec 18 2006.
  • Army, Navy, and Air Force Reserves W2: available online Jan 2 2007.
  • Marine Corps Active Duty and Reserves W2: available online Jan 5 2007.
  • Civilian W2: available online Jan 9 2007.
  • Savings Deposit 1099INT: available online Jan 19 2007.
  • Army, Navy and Air Force Active Duty W2: available on Jan 22 2007.
