I wonder if his closest guards even know about the rewards. This is a leader who uses religion to manipulate his followers and he's proven highly intelligent in terms of war. I would imagine he keeps his people "out of the loop" when it comes to information, something that these countries have done to their people for decades. Information is power and so these people control what information is given to their people. I bet most of the time they think they win every battle. There's also probably the fear that this man who reached out and struck a huge target in the U.S. could easily destroy them and their families also keeps them from trying to collect the reward. $27 million wouldn't hide you from the legion of ben Laden's followers.

Who knows where he is right now but I believe in my heart and soul that he will be caught. His capture may not be today and may not be tomorrow, but HE WILL BE CAUGHT! Osama hasn't been found because the war on terror is a fake one. I know many of the people in this audience will find my words ludacris, but when you read about 9-11 truth and find out our government was complicit in the attacks of 9-11, it will make sense why we are in Iraq and not after Osama bin Laden.
