The Army will open phone lines Monday on its new Wounded Soldier and Family Hotline, providing wounded and injured Soldiers and their family members another way to resolve medical issues.
Recent events at Walter Reed Medical Center has prompted Army leadership to open up a direct line of communication to hear what Soldiers and family members have to say. This was put into effect in an effort to "find a way to improve our system", however; is this the solution to the problem or merely a medium to allow frustrated Soldiers and family members to vent?
