"Gitmo" Detainees to be Heard in Supreme Court Email This Story Print This Story

The Supreme Court, reversing course, agreed Friday to review whether Guantanamo Bay detainees may go to federal court to challenge their indefinite confinement.

Why is the Supreme Court even bothering hearing this. These "Detainees" are non uniformed combatants and as such have no rights under the Geneva Convention or American law. Do you think that these "Detainees" should have the right to be heard in American Courts?
