231 years ago the fathers of our nation came to realize that they should let the world know exactly what they were fighting for. From this debate came one of the greatest documents the world has known. The "Declaration of Independence." When was the last time you read the reason for Independence day?
I wish more of our politicians today had read this. Maybe it should be required reading before you are allowed to take the oath of office for any government position.
