Judge Voids Town's Illegal Immigrant Law Email This Story Print This Story

A federal judge on Thursday struck down the city of Hazleton's tough crackdown on illegal immigrants, ruling unconstitutional a law that has been emulated by towns and cities around the nation.

The Federal Government refuses to enforce the laws which we have on the books. They also get very upset when someone else tries to do the job that they are not doing. If the Federal and State Governments will not do anything, then it is up to Local Governments to protect their citizens.

If they are in the United States illegally, they are not under the law's of the comstitution. They should be detained and deported until legal status has been obtained. Any person providing aid should be fined for breaking immigration laws and the judge should be reprimanded. There are legal processes in place for this purpose. USE THEM! I am not against immigation this is a great nation and I welcome all who want to be here just do it legally!
