We should use the old saying of an eye for an eye. If some asshole is willing to take the life of an innocent person then he does not deserve to carry with his own. The only problem I have with the death penalty in America is that we are way to nice about it. I dont think some homicidal prick thought about the innocent person's life he took so why should we as a nation give them that benefit of making sure that their life is taken with out pain and suffering even thought thats exactly what the killer caused.
I agree with the death penalty. I do not believe the UN should have any say in legislating our actions about this or anything else.
