ACLU Takes Over Terror Investigation Email This Story Print This Story

Sensitive to accusations of profiling specific groups, the Justice Department today announced that the American Civil Liberties Union has taken over the lead role in the terrorism investigation, a shift in strategy that frees up the government to conduct a less prejudicial, more inclusive probe that should take, roughly, forever.

For too long the Bush administration has focused on Muslims and people of Middle Eastern decent. We should take everyone boarding a plane from 99 to 1 years old for investigation. We have to be careful no to ask them to many questions though, as we might offend them. Do you think this move to allow the ACLU to conduct investigations is enough?
