Army Builds Arcade To Recruit Gamers Email This Story Print This Story

"The Army Experience Center" is a shooter fan's El Dorado, housing not only many intense militaristic shooters such as Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 and Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, but also contains HMMWV, Black Hawk, and Apache simulators displayed on giant wrap-around screens and housed inside true-to-life models of the vehicles.

Pushing their marketing skills into overdrive, the army has taken arcades to the next level. Now that they have the attention of all the gamers in the Philly area, time to step up the recruitment. There are many reasons that someone may join the Army. Why not make video games the next great reason?
