IRAN has promised a reward of $10,000 (£5,600) to Islamic Jihad if the militant group launches rockets from the West Bank towards Tel Aviv, a senior Palestinian intelligence official said last week.

Speaking in his Ramallah office, the official produced a fat wad of $100 notes which he said had been confiscated from a pro-Iranian Islamic Jihad activist.

Read the full story. I suppose every country probably does things like this on occasion, but if you want to go to war with another country you should really just own up to it and do it yourself. Iran probably feels that if they do it directly then other countries may rally against them so they choose to use terrorists instead. They best be glad Bush is already busy with other terrorists at the moment.
