Greetings to all Marines and Vietnam Vets,

My name is Terry Sako; a Marine and a Vietnam War veteran. I served in
the Corps from 1967 to 1970; tour of duty from February 1968 till August
1969.

I wrote a book about my experiences in Vietnam titled 395 and a Wake Up; a story of an ordinary, nineteen year old Marine in an extra-ordinary war. When I wrote it, the words were like a flashback to me, and that was no mean feat. For three decades I did my best to blackout any and all memories.

The story line and dialog are true-to-life, and the book tells a tale that most of us can relate to—that of youth escaping our grasp too quickly.

I sincerely hope you will take an interest.

Please see www.terrysako.com for excerpts and book reviews.

Thank you.
