How soon will I be shipped?

After going through the whole enlisment process (ASVAB, MEPS, physical, etc..), how long will it take for me to get shipped to Boot camp? Its coz i'd want to get shipped ASAP..as in a week after if possible. How can I speed up being shipped..if there even is a way..?

Btw, does everyone go through the Delayed Entry Program?? What exactly is it anyway? thanks!

You can go into the Delayed Entry program if you below enlistment age, I think theres other circumstances that they do this for too.... You are contractually obliged to go when your time comes around though.... The waiting period to BCT is upto Uncle Sam... class sizes, etc...

Hey man i went to do the asvab,meps an i was shiped to frt. benning in like 4days, the guys there will get u on ur way as fast as they can, Just tell them that u wanna asap.

It also depends on your mos...that ether delays your entry to bct or speeds it up. For example if your mos is infantry you'll fly right through but if you plan to do something that requires a higher score on your ASVAB it might take longer to ship. It was a nine month lead time for me to ship. The faster the better. Good luck soldier. Hooah.
