Infantry bonus.. when?

My husband graduated infantry school and everything. Turned in the paperwork for the bonus Nov 1st. The other guys got theres turned in one week before him on the wed before and were receiving theirs that weekend... .3 days later!!! It is now November 30th and still nothing... he resubmitted it on the 21st just in case somthing happened.. but still nothing. Does anyone know how long it takes because we just dont understand how some of the guys got it 3 days later and he still hasnt received it... PLEASE HELP !

unfortunately with the way it is sometimes it takes a while ... mine finished ait this past summer ( he is national guard) and a few days after he came home some of his buddies called and said they already got theirs... he finished ait in september and he did not get his bonus until the beginning of december.... make sure he goes to his unit and gets on them about it :)
