You obviously haven't had to deal with the dogs ... they bring about a lot of problems, human health issues being a main concern.

They asked permission at the end to kill the dog, anyway.

Quit being a cry baby.

Don't worry Tacky, the insurgents are aware that the principle source of 'problems, human health issues, etc' is US soldiers - and they share your view on the solution to that problem. I am sure when they cripple you, torment you and then snuff you that you will understand, and not be a cry baby. Maybe I will even get to see that on Youtube!

You used to seem more helpful. Yes you answered some questions today. I've happily given you kudos here before when people have bitched at you. I have brought up the fact that you are helpful and constructive for people with military questions.

I don't feel like fighting over a dog across the world. I have my opinion though, so why shouldn't I share it. Why do I need to be PMS'ing to say it?

It seems to me you are taking this way to personally .. while I did reply to your comment, no where did I say I was refering specifically to you. You actually missed the entire point of my reply by focusing on that one, insignificant colorful phrase.

My agenda, is simply "to see what people will say". I'm not sure what you think my agenda is yet though. Have I made it clear again with this post, becasue I don't see how I made it clear with the last one.

Go for it Captain America! O noble Guardian of my Freedom! I can't help but notice you joined the service least likely to put you in harms way - but I am sure that is a coincidence!

Thanks for saving my life Hero! I sleep better knowing you are ON TOP of the situation...whatever the situation is....

Besides all that - what makes you so sure you are NOT a terrorist? According to our own laws our President is engaging in International Terrorism, and you are volunteering to help, you IDIOT!

Most of the World sees you as the problem - not part of the solution - so you might want to tone down your whole 'Guardian of Freedom' trip before you offend somebody and they kick your silly head in.

What is wrong with you? Are you taking the side of the insurgents? The soldiers are there to do their job and go home, none of them want to be there anyway. What happens when one of those rabid dogs attacks some poor Iraqi kid on his way to school? And don't think that's a hypothetical situation either because it happened when I was there and our unit was ordered to eliminate any aggressive dogs to protect the Iraqi's.

My advice to you would be talk your good buddy Jesus. Maybe he can talk to the dogs and make them stop attacking little kids.

Ahh children we mustnt let a little one get to us, We all make mistakes and sometime during our lives we will look back and regret it. Ive looked back at all of the stuff ive done to others and I do regret it. I may be young but I was raised by a great man. He taught me wrong and right but not everyone understands it at such a young age. We all have our problems and some of us deal with them more maturely but sometimes we lose it when people continue to push us. Just keep in mind just because you blow up over something someone says on the internet doesnt mean you can actually do anything to that person. They actually get pleasure from your agony and laugh at you while you are driving your blood pressure through the roof and only hurting yourself.

JLMM May god be with you even on your idiotic posts, If a dog is rabid it needs to be put down, If a dog attacks or attempts to attack a child or anyone it needs to be put down. It's the same way in the US.

Ok say your a father of a baby girl around the age of 2 years and she walks outside one day without you knowing and a dog starts barking and you get up to see whats up with the dog and you see it attack your baby girl. You have your hunting rifle right next to you and remember that you never unloaded the chamber bullet. You would shoot the dog right?? Or would you run out there and try to pull the dog off of YOUR Baby girl??? Chances are you would shoot it and probably save her life.

About the dog,I came home one afternoon from hog hunting, and my 2 year old son was playing in the yard,my rotty tryed to take my son's toy and my son fought back, the dog bit him in the face,I screamed, the dog ran,I ran to my truck grabbed my 308,the dog ran about 150 yards out in the pasture and stopped, second mistake, put the cross hairs on his forhead, squeezed off 1 round,1shot one kill, dog never bit my son again.Moral of the story-one 150 grain soft point bullet goes into dogs head with not a lot left over!

I don't think it was apporpiate for the soldiers to throw rocks at the dog.... they should have shot the dog and moved on with there mission..... .02

They sometimes do that with Hyenas in South africa. Gangs use em for intimidation. I can see how it may work.

Fair point, but what Ive learnt from those clips is that context is missing from them and it can paint a completely different picture to what was really going on...

I remember being on an exercise and our company was being pursued by 3 battalions of reservists in an escape and evasion mission... I was part of a recon team, and went to recon an apperant gap in their lines... we went up a large hedge row to find the gap filled with a company of reservists hiding in a slope . they were on their hunkers messing and videoing each other doing Rambo style pranks on each other... we were undetected and fell back to our RV with our company to report what we had seen.. Thing is, the lines were solid and the chasing commander was sneaky in his deployment to lure us into taking the gap in his lines which was an illusion... however, if you looked at the video clips those jackasses were taking, it would appear like a farse for sure... context is everything...

We split our company up and snuck through their lines at 04.30hrs the following morning, undetected.... we wanted to leave them some flash banks in their gear, but our section commanders didnt let us..:D

Ho Ho HO... the queer with the jeer is on his hobby horse again!!... well ****face!!.. You have messed with enough of my friends on this forum and I have passed most off as your never ending problem.... RIGHT This will SOUND FAMILIAR!!... Youre messin with a good buddy of mine!... One that has actually gotton of his *** and signed up for the Army, and experienced the hardships of BCT..... the only thing that will change him as dramatically will be close quarter combat... and in case you havent noticed, the nightflyer we knew prior to BCT is still basically the same, thats shows a strength of character that is rare enough and one you can never hope to reach... So why dont you try for one minute to not measure your own failures against the sound character of others and LOOSE THE CHIP ON YOUR SHOULDER... Your supposed to be a grown up... start acting like it!!... Idiot!!...

Ouch.... that would hurt me :S, That insult is deep lol

If I were one of the soilders I would put the dog out of its misery, it looked like it was suffering, crippled in two legs.

I wouldn't shoot it, but do somthing a bit less lethal.

(Break its neck :S)

The dog looked viscious anyway, no owner, it poses a threat, I wouldn't see a reason the shouldn't kill it.

and I thought it was funny (the first clip) because i've never seen a dog on two legs. It was ****ed up that they didn't do anything to help, but I still dont see any point of them filming or making fun of it.

Yea, on your point.... yes they were wrong to make fun of the dog, and should have shot it dead straight off... a vicous dog gets that treatment in any western country, in a war zone, it should not be an issue, cos the roam in packs and prey on children especially... One round one dead dog... end of story....

Well my weekend story....

My brother (10 yrs old) was vicously attacked by a pitbull. My brother was playing at a kids house who lives down the street. Well my brother goes to leave and the kid pushes my brother into the pitbulls "territory" (basically wherever the damn chain hes on can reach) and animal control cant take the dog cuz in South Carolina if the dog is on a chain then its my brothers fault??? Yeah bull isnt it. Me and my bro and law take off running up there when my brother comes in the house and hes bleeding from his left eye and right armpit/shoulder. We get there and the woman who owns the dog comes up to me and trys to tell me that it was my brothers fault that he got bit blah blah blah... Well I had enough I took my brothers pocket knife and told her that she put the dog to sleep or ima do it right now. Im guessing the womans son decides hes gonna open his mouth and say somthin (Ha big mistake) and my bro in law told him to run up or shut up, the kid shut up. My sister came up there and told us to go home so we all left. Animal controll wouldnt do anything about it but now were sueing the people. Well tomorrow a buncha kids (10-15) decided they were gonna run there mouth to my little brother (the one who was attacked by the dog). I wasnt gonna let that happen so I ran out there and told the kid who was saying stuff to my brother to come say it to me (heres another funny part) and they all take off and they all get there moms lol. So theres a buncha moms and kids outside running there mouth lol me bein the hothead that I am keep tellin the kids to run up and do somthin. Meanwhile my dad is trying to ask the mom whats goin on. There were a buncha people returning from church with there kids (we live in a very quiet nieghborhood) heard all this yelling and cussing so they all run over and (knowing us since we have lived there for 4 years and are cool with them all) tell her to go home and that theres no need for all this yelling and stuff. Ha shes gets in the car and goes. Then the cops my mom called like 30 minutes ago finally show up and tell us theres nothing they can do except talk to the people and tell them to stay away from my yard (lol that doesnt do anything).

Well all that happened and last night my cat had kittens lol my weekends been HECTIC!! All in all my brothers ok just has 4 stitches in his eye and seven from his shoulder to armpit, and all the kids are still runnin there mouths on how there gonna do this and that but not a one of them have stepped up just yet. There pulling more and more people in this issue by saying that I pulled a knife on some little boy and all this other stuff lol. So now what was between me and my bro in law and like 8-10 kids is now between me and my bro in law and 18-25 kids/adults lol.

Glad your baby bro is alright, he was VERY lucky... :)

You were right to freak at the owner... those damn dogs are a menice... theres a clown around my place that has a rotwheler and he has it off the leash... I told him to check his dog as theres kids around (I dont have any, but the mothers who are my neighbours are scared of him, hes a skinhead), he told me to feck off, we had some words and now he has his dog on a leash... They are a danger, and will get shot here regarless of whether they were leashed or not, once they bite, they are dead. I did that dog a favour, although his conehead owner is still giving me funny looks..

to that neighbor who gave you funny looks.... F*&K him, you just saved him several thousand dollar law suit and from owning his next 500 paychecks from him being liable for damages since he is the owner fo the dog and that's just a start let a lawyer loose on him and he might see daylight after his clothing fashion expired....

here in my state in one county all it takes is one dog bite and the sheriff kills dog.... nothing you can do before it starts its over...

I'm very dog friendly I own two but if the dog bites. its of no use to me as a friend or companion since it would have bitten my kid or someone elses kid.....

which is sad for the dog, but like I said If I can't trust the dog around my kids and my family or neighbors no matter what kind of breed it is, Its of no use to me as a friend or companion......

my german shepard sniped at my oldest once which was totally my kids fault not knowing what would happen if you pulled on a tail long enough.... needless to say me and that dog had a stern conversation about even thinking about pointing its teeth at my kids...

I fixed the wall later

doxin are a breed that bites, and its a little breed with a big need for attention. I'm happy to hear that you got through to your dog.....

a year or so ago I bought my son a doxin that he could have at his mom's house..... it took a little bit to convince the dog that he was not a chew toy and that my son was part of the pack. but the delcious entertainment. In all of this those dogs are very difficult to house train and my x wife keeps tuggin on her own hair trying to get that dog house trained.... lol

Yeah good little dogs till it comes to house training. Best thing to do is train it to a little box like a cat or let it stay outside alot.
