He got out of active duty 10 months ago.
He told the army the wrong address so they will not find him if they need to. He´s also not paying chindsupport. It would all be a little easier for us if the army need him back.
He´s just trying to get away with it and its very hard for us.
My question is: to who am I giving his current address just in case they have to take him back.
Thanks for an answer. :)

When you say got out of Active duty 10 months ago, is he awol... if so, give his address to the MPs, and sue the ****bag for not supporting his kids!!.

If he has ETS'd from the Army, there is nothing they can do to help you collect child support. As for giving them a current address - they really don't care, if they needed to recall him back to active duty they'll simply run his social and that will have accurate information attached.
If he is AWOL, as Exo said, contact his unit commander with his information and they will handle it.
For childsupport, I suggest you hire a lawyer or contact one of the Dead Beat Dad organizations (these are non-profit orgs, so they don't charge like lawyers do). They are very good at collecting child support and have a lot of contacts with the courts.
