Part time (though you can still deploy).
Different sign-on bonuses, depend on MOS and state.
State tuition assistance (most offer it, how much depends on the state) as well as federal tuition assistance.

I recommend the National Guard for those that aren't sure about active duty life, but still want to offer something to the military.

Sweet Deal Tacky.... have to be full time here to get any educational assistance external to Military Courses inhouse!!...
