question someone pls help

i want to get in the army but i have a misdeamenor charges for possesion of maijuana and underage drinking but it was when i was 18 now im 20 will these charges keep me fom getting in? also my ex and her mother put asault and battery charges that are still pending trial but will most likely be dropped cause they had charges on me before and they were dropped. the last court date is march 3 will this keep me from getting in? they are bogus charges and i have witness to pove it. if charges are dopped will it keep me from getting in?
also i went to boot camp for the coast gaurd twice and was discharged for dental both times will i be booted out again for dental in the army? can anybody help me with these qeustions?

Army.

Your friend is going to have to wait till all court actions are
completed before he can try to enlist. The two charges you stated will
have to be reviewed however it will depend on his level of education and
a few other factors. As for the dental I am not a dentist so I do not
know if he will even pass the MEPS physical if they are really messed
up.

Your best bet would be to have your friend e-mail me so that I can get
some more detailed information from him to see if he qualifies.
