percentage of deaths

I'm posting this text to enlighten myself and my loved ones. My grandfather served in Korea and I have breen brought up in a very pro military home. However, despited my family's military background, I haven't been able to discover various statistics regarding our armed men and women. Does any one know the percentage of deaths in the military compared to enlisted soldiers. Any information would be much appreciated.
