example of housing document needed

My two sons have just been deployed, and I need an example of a housing document they need for thier pay. They both pay rent and the army needs a statement, notorised. Can anyone give me an example of what is needed? Thank you for any help you can provide and keep all our soldiers in your prayers.

A copy of the lease/rental agreement...
Are they married? Are htey receiving BAH?
If they are single soldiers without children and E-4 or below, than they probably are not supposed to receive any sort of houding subsidy except in VERY rare situations.
If they are living off post and supposed to receive BAH, being NCO's, officers, or married/with children then the lease should suffice.
Try contacting the JAG or housing office at your nearest post as well. They should have told you exactly what they neededk, but hey, thats personell for you!
