like i am going active duty but see i know ill get paid etc.
but like does the army send my family money also?
just curious because i have never heard anything about this? my recruiter never mentioned anything like that.

You get a paycheck, and in that paycheck will be Basic Allowance for Housing. You can have it deposited in a joint account with your hubby, and then he will have access to it, or you can grant an allotment for an amount you determine to his account, etc.
The army will not send them any money directly. you are their 'sponsor'.

Your Recruiter should have broke that down for you.
But You get the pay (1st and 15th of each month unless them days fall on a weekend then you will get paid the weekday prior) electronicly deposited into your account. You will have BAH added to basic pay. You can have your husband on the same checking account as you or set up an allotment like the marine above me stated to send a certain amount to your husbands account every month.
