My wife just finsished bct and is a hold over awaiting her security clearence. (2 debts left to pay)
Q1: will my credit effect her security status?
Q2: Both my wife and I have been told that if their AIT is longer than 20 weeks, that the family is supposed to move with them. My wife's MOS is 42 weeks.
I have read it in about.com also stating that if a AIT is longer than 20 weeks that they are allowed to move their family.
Can anyone please clarify this
