if i'm in the reserve and I move to a new place which is far away from my unit station, will the army pay for my gas? because I plan to live at other city which take 6 hrs driving to my unit station. does anyone know anything about that?

if u let them know where ur moving, they can find a station closer to u, and if they cant they will give u a travel voucher I THINK

No, they will not pay for your gas or your housing. they will likely let you stay at the reserve center over night. You need to research the area your going to and see if there is a unit close by. That is your best bet. good luck.

as a follow up, I just remembered that there is a book out there called "The reserve Forces Almanac". they come out every February. You can buy them from amazon. I know USAA gives them away if you are a policy holder. These are full of info and are a great source for your questions.
