Zwischen Kaserne und Deutschland!! Lost Touch to american part

I've got a big problem, I was raised in germany, first I went to the military childhood and then i switched to german school. All my american friends went back to the USA or we lost touch. That is why it got difficult for me to speak english. So I'm looking for friends, which can also speak a little german. I live in mannheim (germany), close to the Benjamin Franklin Village. It would make me happy if you would answer.

Hey Leute, wie ihr schon oben herausgefunden habt, stört es mich echt das ich keinen Drat zu irgendjemandem Englischsprachigen habe. Ich find es schlimm dadurch das ich gemixt bin (Afroamerikanerin/ Deutsche/ Italienerin). es ist mir sehr wichtig mit Menschen aus verschiedenen Kulturen zu komunizieren. Hoffe ihr könnt das nachvollziehen. Meldet euch bitte wäre echt nett. Vielleicht kommt ja auch jemand von euch aus dem Umkreis von Mannheim. Gruß Suzanne

I would just say that Im so in between the mix of both cultures that its hard for either side to completely understand me.
You seem like a really nice person. I would normally not even write someone that i dont know. But - I happened to be looking up on some stuff on this website to see if i can join the U.S. Army. (no offense but Im just not much of a computer person). Also, Ich kann es überhaupt nicht verstehen, warum "Freunde" immer kontakt verlieren müssen - so was tut mir wirklich leid . Ich bin erst seit 9 monate wieder in deutchland und ich muss sagen das ich vieles verlernt habe, sprechen geht aber viel besser. I hope you actually check this forum from time to time! maybe we could do some work on both sides of that damn language barrier. :)

p.s. - please dont take it the wrong way if seem kinda ****y, but I`m more of a face to face person und Darmstadt ist gar nicht so weit entfern. I think we might actually have alot in common, and I hope to be hitting alot more than just some letters on a keyboard. :)

Dar sollte einen koolen smiley nach die wörter Pretty Damn - in den lezten thread das ich geschrieben habe.
Veileicht bin ich zu schnell dran für dich aber ich bin nur noch 2 wochen here in deutchland
aber wir müssen uns ja nicht umbedingt personlich kennen lernen. Es währe auch net
einen Pen Pal zu haben . Vieleicht könnten wir uns beide viel helfen, aber es wärhe auch net das wenn ich gehe das ich noch jemanden habe mit dem ich deutch sprechen kann das ich nicht wieder alles nochmal lernen muss. Ich hoffe deiner seitz das einen möglichkeit doch währe gutte freunde zu werden.
