wanting to know about newly married info

:confused: I have just gotten married to a man in the army. We got married between basic and AIT. He is telling me I will probably have to have shots to prepare to go overseas. Is this the case?? He is not sure where he will be stationed after AIT. I guess if anyone has information to where I could call or an internet site that would help me with things I need to do being that its new to the both of us.

Hi, I'm also married to a man in the army and have been in your shoes. We got posted to Germany last June and I was informed that I needed some jabs also. I went to my medical centre on camp and spoke to the nurse. She was really nice and said that if you have had any of the jabs in the last 10 years i.e. tetnus and yellow fever then you don't need them again but I would just check that out for your own peace of mind.

Where are you going to be posted? I'm new to army life myself and still learning a lot everyday. But if you need any other questions answering then just give me a shout and hopefully I know the answer, if not I will find out for you or point you to the right person.
