reserve to active duty question

i am currently in the reserves as a 15u. i assessed for an active duty unit and got accepted, i already have a paragraph and line number. what are my chances of keeping my mos and getting the duty station i want. i have been an E-5 for 9 months and have not been to wlc. the best thing i can hope for is a grade determination of E-4. as anyone here tried this or have any insight? thank you very much.

I really don't know how this works but I have questions about going active duty before finishing out a contract with the army reserves in which I enlisted with. I am fresh out of BCT, AIT, and also from getting an ASI. I enlisted in May of 2008 and am now just getting home from all of my training. Being home I attended my first drill weekend and think that reserves is truly not a place for me. With that said I am just wondering if there is a waiting period for me to decided to be released from my reserves contract and go active duty. If so what is the period that I must wait? I also had a $20,000 enlistment bonus which I have yet to receive. If I were to receive the first portion (which is $10,000) before going active, would I have to pay that back? I've heard to different answers to that and if it is yes then I rather not even receive it. I also understand that I must be released from reserves through my command (cdr).
