Patches on Jacket

I came across a military jacket in GREAt condition that still had its patches AND medals on it (well most of them, besides the rank stripes) I've figures out what every patch means or what it is relater to except for one.
Anyone they can help me or direct me to somewhere that can?
I'll attach a picture! (If anyone is intrested of the other patches/medals/entire jacket upon request)
