Hi , I was just curious my boyfriend just left to go to bootcamp and everything and he will be home in october .... he said when he comes back he wont be in "active" duty where he will go and fight ..... is that true can he really be non active?? If he is non active is there a chance he can be called to duty ?? I hope someone can answer this for me ! Thanks !

This means he's in the reserves or nation guard. and yes he can be called up to duty if needed.
