I recently had a bad car accident. I was in the hospital for head trauma. I was really lucky. I wasn't paralyzed. Just scars and forgetfullness, but my memory is getting better everyday. I was wondering if I would be able to enlist in the army even though I was in the hospital for head trauma. Also if a battle or war happens, would I be allowed to go fight? Or do I have to sign paperwork so I can go?

as long as no metal plates or pins were put in you may need a waiver but you should be able to get in

Your best bet is to talk to your local recruiter. Be upfront about your injuries or he will not be able to help you.
