Xbox Live and in the military?

i was very curious lately if anyone who is currently in the military plays xbox live... im sry that im a newb to this forum but im very curious. It would be an honor to talk with servicemen of my country (america) and if you do have xbox live just send me a friend request. I play lots of halo2. Any of you guys(and girls!) would be great to play with. And i mean the people who arent in the armed forces too.
