Ok,this is gonna sound way worse then it is.
I was 17 turnning 18 when i was wrongfully "in my eyes" charged with CSC
for having relations with my girlfriend who was only a year and a half younger and went to the same highschool as me.... kind of screwed up huh?
Anyhow i want to know if this will effect me with enlisting?
Also the charge was the very least of its kind, "Fourth degree misdeminor" that gave only a year probation and no jail or nothing.
I could call a recruiter and ask but id like to save myself the imbarisment.

Thank you.

Be upfront with your recruiter about it .. it isn't something they haven't dealt with before, and they won't care. You will have to have a waiver - but generally, for a low class mis. they aren't a problem to acquire. Just remember, don't lie - be up front about that, and everything else. You should be fine.

the best way to beat embarassment is to be completely profesional about it. recruiters will react in the same manner. I hadmore, worse charges on my record and my recruiter handled it all with absolute professionalism and dignity.

Man up and face your fear of embarassment, as simple as that.

You do have to be completely honest and release all info, or it will screw you later. as stated, it will require a waiver, but your recruiter will handle all that paperwork for you (with some assistance from you) They deal with these situations all the time and it is nothing new to them.
