new again
hey all.
i actually joined this site back before i enlisted and forgot about it. I've been on another forum and was reminded about this one not long ago. can't remember if i even posted on the site before. i use the same username in most forums so if i seem familiar thats why.
anyways. i enlisted in July as a 68W, i leave for Ft. Lwood in December a few weeks after my first kid is due. my wife and I currently live in Florida and we are both excited to start this new chapter to our life. i hope to join in some great conversation with the rest of you while i wait for my ship date and when i get time after.

Welcome back! Congrats on your baby!
Are you ready for the cold??? Rumors are that it's supposed to be a rough one here at FLW!

Welcome back! You didn't make any posts after you joined the site because this post is number 1. I hope you received lots of good info here before you enlisted & that it helped you.
If you're a new or aspiring medic I would lose the Combat Medic Badge in your avatar. Some Medics onsite might take exception to it. It needs to be earned first.

Welcome, and good to meet a future medic! Top is right, though - it's a major faux pas to wear or display rank or badges you haven't earned. Not to worry - you'll 'color up' just fine with your first deployment!

hey guys, thanx for the welcome. i had a feeling my icon would catch heat. i was looking for a medic image to use and that kept poping up. i use it as a daily reminder of what i will be striving for. anyways, if it did offend anyone i appologize and i will try to find another icon to put in its place.

I don't think any offence was taken here onsite. Some people might have taken it bad. No harm done.
