Cool Question about MEPS Physical

Hello, I need a correct answer for this question. Do the MEPS doctors make the females take off their bras and panties? Ok, why am I asking this?? Because I had a breast reduction and I have a scar from it, my recruiter is saying dont worry about it just go there and lets see what the doc says, (without medical records). I dont want to get DQ'd for his lack of integrity.

A breast reduction isn't going to keep you out of the service.

Yes, the doctor will give you a breast exam, as well as a quick look down below. While you will be covered with a gown, there isn't much on you the MEPS Dr. will not see.

At the beginning and end of the physical the Dr. will talk to you and give you an opportunity to explain anything you've marked on your medical form.

I won't advise you on how to handle this situation, all I can tell you is to go with your gut and what you think is right and best. It's your life.

I appreciate the info! I'll tell ya, you have always given great advice and info on here. I WILL be forthcoming with my medical, but only where I believe it counts. I am healthy as a horse and hope they see that come sometime this week for MEPS. Wish me luck Tacky!
