Default Boot Camp paid training???

Do you get paid while attending boot camp. If so, is it direct deposit on the 1st/15th....or do you receive one check at the end of bootcamp.

Your term of enlistment starts when you leave for boot camp, and therefore you start gettin paid at that moment too. Not sure about the direct deposit pay dates, but I heard it's every two weeks that you get paid.

Paydays are on the 1st and 15th
Depending on when everthing gets started you can expect to miss 1 payday. It sometimes carries to 2, but not that often.
Yes, you are paid from the first day on your contract.

Question getting paid

What do you do if your solider hasn't been paid on the 1st or the 15th? He's in boot camp and civilians aren't allowed to communicate with him except by mail. How do you tell him to go to the finance dept to straighten things out?

I'm going to assume you are married to this Soldier you are referring to? You can send a Red Cross Message to him letting him know he hasn't been paid.
