best? hmh.. perhaps in some cases.. basicly attack helicopter is good when its
in the target area at right time.. and the gunner and the pilot know their
job. what comes to armament, the match is a near draw.
Apache is bit older than the KA-52 "Alligator", Eurocopter "Tiger" is not used yet by anyone to my knowlage. "SuperCobra" is an old desing from the 60's but it still manages to do its job
fine.. well atleast against such opponents as Saddams forces were.
against more modern Russian anti-air gear the cobra would most likely suffer
heavy losses.
here again, different tools for different jobs. the differences in for example in
operation distances can be because of the different kind of military doctorine
and strategy / tactics.
nasty things they are, attack choppers in general.

I am told Russians don't like bull**** . So I just appealed to your common sense .They are all good is the answer but the US has more experience in this field . So If I had 1 billion to spend on Helicopters ... I'd go American with the technology backup..
