Default Irish Committs to UN Lebannon Mission

Update on the Irish committment to Lebannon, it was made today as the 33rd Military Group headed out from Dublin to Kosovo.... Irish Defence Chief, Willie O'Dea (Haha, hes in the right job.... he's from Limerick...) has committed 150 troops to the UN mission, who will form up with the Finnish Army's 250 troop committment for the UNIFIL mission. Irish Govt is talking with the Finnish Govt to see how best to format the duties of their forces currently. Deployment is expected by November. We are 20 men below our max overseas committment..... cant have any more screw ups Internationally, cos the Irish wont be able to help out anywhere else.... one or two observer missions and thats our lot.... doubt it if 1st line inactive reserves will be activated for UN... Nobody else would do it..... Although we like to help out with good causes seems likes we like the UN are stretched to the limit...

Justice League...UNITE!

I thought there was a ceasefire. Sorry, haven't been keeping up with the news lately.
