Im waiting and seeing... I had no issues generally with Chiric, but as an Irishman, why would i?.... Its jury out for the new guy IMO.
Would think he wont be as openly critical of the US, but then again??... He is French...

What has France to improve on?? Its currently independently minded. Has a great lifestyle...better than the US or UK. So why does it need to change. Your allies don't always agree with you on foreign policey. So what! I wish we had a strong government in the UK instead of this feeble minded socialist JERk Blair.
