Default Loosing weight

I am trying to get in Army and am 11% over body weight. I am curious if anyone has had this problem and has any ideas how i can loose the body fat fast so i can get in. Also how hard is the pysical exams what do they consist of? I am not a big guy I am over weight in the tummy... ANy ideas that help will be greatly apreciated... Thanks JAG

Default j graham losing weight

my son had the same problem he had to work very hard at eating less more salads fruits proteins like chicken, fish and turkey .more fruit less fat and pizza

he had to increase the regime of running and,swimming starting with 15 lenghs increasing by 5 every session i would advise 3 swimming sesswions per week say 6weeks if you push your self you can do it find someone to push you and challenge you it helps you might not like it but it may help you.start today as you mean to go on all the best son

its easy to lose weight... i am bodybuilding as a hobby and that requires alot of knowledge on nutrition and the kinds... so my advise is to check out http://forum.bodybuilding.com/

to lose weight slowly and healthy eat 500 less carbs under ur standard... that'll make u lose like 0,5kg's everyday... if u find it hard to lose weight by eating less then u need to do some serious training... running, swimming, aerobics, and everything else that makes u sweat!

and for the god of love drop everything related to fastfood...

Fist sized or smaller portions of food, No fried food no desert, only water or occasionally Juice NO SODA and do at least 20 minutes of cardio a day. FUll body sweat! I took Ripped fuel before but i wouldn't recomend it to you. It made me loos too much wieght I looked like a friggin ET Huge head and twig body lol. Eat less sweat more.

Default tips please

I am asking for tips on losing weight i weight 205lbs and i need to get down to 189lbs or below...any tips that you have will be greatly appreciated....i would like to lose this weight before i ship out to fort lenoardwood missouri in june....please give me some tips peace

ohhh...........well it depends on what your eating mate cut the crap and have more fruit and
veg

whats your fitness like? when i was training to be a fighter the best exercise i found for cuting
the fat was five mintue burns(dont know what you call it there)

basiclly if youv got a good gym near you first do a 30min easy jog then do 5 min hard on as many cardio machines as you can(because the body adapts to a type of exercise every five mins so change it every 5 for best effect)bulid your self up to it though...............if you dont
have a good gym then id go for fat leging........fat leging is a superb exercise that a lot of boxers still use....you just jog for 30-60secs then sprint for 10secs or jog a lampost sprint
a lampost.................allways try to do a some weights too

try and do the 5min burn regime every second day in the days in between do long distance
jogs build up though 30-60-90min,ect

also try supplemts i use "eph-25" these things make you train there thermogenics so be sur to drink plenty of water while training above all else will power stick to it dont give up there will be days cant be botherd have a day off but no more than one or two at the max

i weigh 219 and need to get below 180 to pass the phyiscal any tips i drive a truck everyday

Ok kids, if your not making the grade on BMI then go to a professional.... Talk to your assigned PT instructor for a programme of food and Exercise thats suitable for you to get into Army Shape... Good luck JAG... I think if you hook up with the right instructor, you will do fine....

is it possible that i could get my weight under 195 and how quick can i get there safely i drive a truck for a living and can't always eat at certain times any advice would be appericated
