ohhh...........well it depends on what your eating mate cut the crap and have more fruit and
veg
whats your fitness like? when i was training to be a fighter the best exercise i found for cuting
the fat was five mintue burns(dont know what you call it there)
basiclly if youv got a good gym near you first do a 30min easy jog then do 5 min hard on as many cardio machines as you can(because the body adapts to a type of exercise every five mins so change it every 5 for best effect)bulid your self up to it though...............if you dont
have a good gym then id go for fat leging........fat leging is a superb exercise that a lot of boxers still use....you just jog for 30-60secs then sprint for 10secs or jog a lampost sprint
a lampost.................allways try to do a some weights too
try and do the 5min burn regime every second day in the days in between do long distance
jogs build up though 30-60-90min,ect
also try supplemts i use "eph-25" these things make you train there thermogenics so be sur to drink plenty of water while training above all else will power stick to it dont give up there will be days cant be botherd have a day off but no more than one or two at the max
