Default GO me!

OKay, sooooo last night I went to the gym, and many of you know since my last miscarriage it has been very difficult for me to get back to my 10 minute mile. Well last night... I ran my mile in 9:58!!!! I WAS SO happy... the song that got me through "Bullseye" hehehehehe and then of course a little Buckcherry...

Anyway, I actually did 30 minutes on the tredmill and 10 minutes (4 miles) on the bike. Of course, then you had to do the weights... and those dang squats... Needless to say, I am feeling it today!! LOVE IT!!!!

Well, the last group of First Cav is coming home today and so I get to go cheer my friend's hubby off the plane. I am the designated picture taker. SO fun... better wear my waterproof mascara!! hahaha

Depends on what time zone you're in!

Nothing like a 0500 run in Milwaukee when the temp is -5 F! At least the thugs ain't out!

HAHAHA. I did two miles in 20:35!! That was a miracle!! To all you army people that isn't a great number, but I am working on the PT chart and WILL GET better numbers. J has been doing push-up wars with me... he totally kicks my butt... but I am doing so much better.

Default Congrats

Sounds like a milestone to me.
now do some slow long distance runs, and some tempo runs, and get both those miles under 10 min.
My wife can't run at all, so she works on improving her walking speed and distance.

You are a better woman than I. I tried running in college just for exercise and stress relief, but it was not fun. I have a tendency to trip over things and I was always skinning my knees and hands. Even walking I can fall flat on my face over the smallest little crack in the sidewalk.
