Default Egyptian army - Yom Kippur War

Hello everybody,

I have searched tons of web pages, but with really poor result. I´m looking for an "egyptian army specialist", who will be able to tell me some details about military vehicles during Yom Kippur War. I´m going to renovate an GAZ 69M oldtimer and would like to paint it with egyptian camouflage, which has been used during this conflict. Unfortunately pictures and resouces on internet are really very rare. If someone could help me or give me any hint where to look, I would be very grateful.

Thanks very much in advance.

Struggling to find one of those too. I don't think you would be too far out if you painted it in any of the colours in the pics below though. Colour pics are very difficult to find from that period. Some of the Egyptian attempts at camoflage were at best amateurish as you can see on the side of that truck.
Heres a great thread I found on the Yom Kippor war. Maybe ask there.

Yes I did. But I think it is an Syrian vehicle. This one below is Syrian and looks quite similar. I try to find someone to translate the sign.
