heres the deal. Each MOS has a specific TRADOC base where the training takes place. Take the MOS 25U for instance if your a 25 series you will train at FT. Gordon, GA. Some 25's train at Ft. Meade MD. but thats just an example. You will know where your going for BCT and AIT before you step foot on the plane to BCT...If you want to choose your duty station, tell your recruiter where you want to go and when you get to meps tell them where you want to go. Its an incentive called Duty station of choice.best of luck
