U.S. Flag for Reserve Soldiers
Section 652 of PL 106-65 requires flags to be issued to Reserve and National Guard soldiers when they complete 20 qualifying years of service for retired pay eligibility at age 60. OCAR is developing the implementing guidance for Section 652.
